About the Journal

Head and Neck Diseases Conflux is a peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research across all areas of otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and allied specialties. The journal aims to accelerate scientific discovery by providing rapid publication and global accessibility to research findings.

Our editorial philosophy emphasises scientific rigour, reproducibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We welcome original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, case reports, and methodological innovations that advance the understanding and clinical management of head and neck diseases.

Head and Neck Diseases Conflux publishes research across the following areas:

• Article Processing Charges HKD 2,670 per accepted article. The journal levies no submission fee, page charge, language editing fee, or colour figure charge. Waiver eligibility and the full fee statement are set out on the APC & Waivers page.
• Copyright Authors retain full copyright of their published work.
• Plan S compliance Head and Neck Diseases Conflux is compliant with Plan S and major funder open access mandates.
